Last night i went on a date with my girlfriend Amanda.
After wendys without any dr pepper, we went to the cardinals, err astros game
in the 2nd inning, tony womack comes to bat for the cards. amanda is looking away, and after the annoucer says his name, i echo, "number 4, tony womack" and amanda says "do you think he's related to leann womack?"
and i point to his black face on the display board, and she laughs
and i laughed
amanda is funny
and i had a great time

Man, this minimester - well these 2 - are really ideal for earning hours of credits quickly - i'm glad that i'm getting this crap out of the way -
it takes up alot of time that i would like to be spending elswhere but- thats ok - i gotta do what i gotta do -
speaking of which...
you shouldn't let other people make decisions for you
i'm gonna do what i want to do when i believe its best -
i want to do what God knows is best for me - see - i trust that - because i know it won't fail
i know HE won't fail - and everything else will - my friends, family, etc they'll all fail me at some point - ya know? some are more reliable than others - and some are almost perfect but oh wait - they're not perfect so - you gotta step out and put stuff in perspective

Today I played in the Aggie world series of poker. I played pretty conservatively - and made it through to take 32nd place of 160. I was pretty proud. It was fun. I pushed about half a dozen guys out and that was fun.
So i'm sitting at my fish camp buddies house and we're (surprise) playing a little poker tonight. I'm looking through the 2004 Guiness Book of Records and notice the 3:43 record mile time by your random Nigerian, maybe it was Mr. Morocco, anyhow...so i say "wow, that really freaking fast" (remembering back to my seemingly impossible 5:23 that i remember running soph. year in cross country...odd i know...i can hardly believe it myself).
Drewsky speaks up: "Man, i can't take a crap in 3:43" it was hilarious.
I guess you had to be there.
Echo: You shouldn't settle, you're too amazing, friend.
NEVER settle.
